Help for the LastRun iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and website

Email lastrunsnow@gmail.com. Tell us the email address on your LastRun account, your iPhone and iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot helps. The app version is shown at the bottom of the Profile screen.

Account and sign-in

• Forgot your password? Email us from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.
• Signed out unexpectedly? Sessions last 30 days. Sign in again on your iPhone; the Apple Watch picks up your sign-in automatically.
• Delete your account: open Profile and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, visits, season plans, and Watch sessions.

Subscriptions

• Restore a purchase: open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.
• Cancel or change plans: subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your LastRun account does not cancel Apple billing.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Summit Snow Days are two free 24-hour Summit passes. They never charge you, never start a subscription, and don't renew.

Apple Watch

• The Watch app has no sign-in screen. If it asks you to open LastRun on your iPhone, open the iPhone app once while signed in, with the Watch nearby.
• Voice Guide needs a Rider or Summit plan. Live Ski Coach needs Summit and permission to use location and heart rate.
• When you end a ski day, the session syncs automatically. If it doesn't, tap Retry Sync on the summary screen.

Importing activities

• Apple Health: LastRun imports downhill skiing and snowboarding workouts, including ones recorded by other ski apps. Already-imported days are marked with a check.
• Files: GPX, KML, and KMZ exports from other ski trackers can be uploaded from the import screen.
• If an import shows no runs, the file probably has no GPS track. Send it to us and we'll take a look.

Permissions

LastRun asks for location, Apple Health, microphone, and notification access only for the features that use them. You can change these at any time in iOS Settings → LastRun. See the Privacy Policy for how data is used.
