Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the LastRun iPhone app, Apple Watch app, and web service. By creating an account or using LastRun, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Recreational information, not safety guidance

Skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activity involve serious risks. LastRun weather, trail, route, performance, wellness, and coaching information may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or incorrect. It does not replace posted signs, ski-patrol instructions, resort rules, official closures, avalanche forecasts, professional medical advice, or your own judgment.

Do not interact with LastRun while moving when doing so would be unsafe. You are responsible for evaluating conditions, remaining within your ability, obeying laws and resort rules, and choosing whether to participate in any activity.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify LastRun of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account. You may delete your account from the Profile screen.

Subscriptions and billing

LastRun may offer auto-renewing Rider and Summit subscriptions. The purchase screen displays the subscription title, billing period, and current localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm an in-app purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Use Restore Purchases to recover eligible Apple entitlements. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its policies. Website subscriptions are billed separately through Stripe and must be managed through the website. Deleting your LastRun account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of activity files, location tracks, notes, images, and other content you submit. You give LastRun a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you request. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful material, scrape or resell protected service data, impersonate another person, or use LastRun in a way that violates law or another person's rights.

Third-party services

LastRun depends on third-party platforms and data providers, including Apple, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Stripe, resorts, and weather providers. Their services and content may be governed by separate terms and may change or become unavailable. LastRun is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Intellectual property

LastRun's software, branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of LastRun intellectual property.

Service changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LastRun is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, LastRun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or injuries arising from reliance on recreational information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

For the iPhone and Apple Watch apps, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the licensed app, the Apple terms control to that extent.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as LastRun changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. For support or questions about these Terms, use the developer support contact shown on LastRun's App Store product page.
